I've been a long-term customer here for a while, I dropped in today April 29th to see if my favorite juice was back in stock. I was severely disappointed with my visit. I decided to try a new juice instead since my favorite still wasn't in stock after 4 weeks of checking periodically. After finishing my purchase I asked the short black haired lady when their next juice shipment should arrive. She told me she has no idea and that she doesn't care, so I asked if she can inquire with someone who does know. She told me no & some other dude who was chatting with her in the store said "the manager doesn't even know that stuff". Since I have past experience working at an e-cigarette store I replied with "someone should know what products are arriving and their arrival date". Again she replied with "I don't care". I told her if she doesn't care she should quit customer service. She had terrible, rude customer service and absolute disregard for her own job. She'd rather stand there talking to this dude. Most of the staff isn't knowledgeable about products, devices and shipments as staff should be in that line of work. This is not my first encounter with her, and not the first time I've been disappointed by the staff attitude here. I've had 4 other bad visits here in the last 3 months. I dunno if they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for staff but holy moly they really aren't knowledgeable and they're very rude. This visit today and the other 4 times has driven me to shop elsewhere, not worth the 5% discount when you have horrendous customer service from your staff. My 3 other friends and I will bring our business to SmokeFX, at least they care about their customers and have knowledge about the industry they work in.
