I was in need of finding a new car and Salesman, Dave Authier, did just that. I live in Windsor and couldnt find a Chevy Trailblazer that was available for at least 6 months. Dave was in constant communication with me either by phone, text or email. My new car was actually delivered before I expected it. Totally worth the distance to drive to a small town dealership. Much more personal experience than a big city facility. The little extras given and the wonderful feeling that you are a valued customer was refreshing . Totally recommend Riverview GM for your next vehicle purchase. Thanks Dave

UPDATE: I want everyone who reads this review to understand this review is about the buying process. And the people I dealt with during this process. It is in no way a review of Riverview as a whole. Having had time to wind down from the excitement of my new wheels and dealing with other departments and issues coming up, I can honestly say. As it is my review below definitely stands. I believe it to be accurate and true. Again for the buying process and sales people named in the review. Please do not take this to mean that I recommend Riverview for anything other than that. I must admit i was wrong all my life!! I am a recovering ford guy, I never thought of buying GM (Chev), but one day in a hurry because my vehicle broke down, and i was in desperate need of something fast, I walked into Riverview after looking at their online used inventory. I fell in love with a red 2018 Silverado True North edition pickup. Came in off the street and Tony was gracious enough to take care of me without an appointment, or anything. I showed him the vehicle i wanted, and the wheels started turning. He handed me off to Alexa who arranged all the finance stuff (she is a genius) next thing i know. IM A CHEVY guy. I have been missing out all my life!! Well I love my new to me Truck And a very big thank you to Tony and Alexa for putting up with me and getting it done in record time.

Very arrogant car salesman. Pushy, spoke to me as if I was less intelligent than he. Told me that if I changed my mind, I couldn't do financing application over the phone the following day. Once he realized I was no longer interested. He spoke with my husband and told him that they would even do the finance app over the phone the following day. Thanks but I will take my business elsewhere.
