Don McKay is a fantastic lawyer. Multiple people in my family have gone to him for different legal services over the years, and he has gone above and beyond every time. He is professional and compassionate, and patient; always explaining what we don't understand, and offering sound advice. The staff in his office are kind and quick to get the job done and signed. The brief interaction i had with Donald, he seems lovely. Unfortunately, you get to deal with his assistant, Moe, who is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Her unnecessarily confrontational aproach indicates she doesn't know and instead of simply getting back to you with an answer she just rude to you. When you're paying good money to a professional, you expect them to act as such.
