My recent experience: I like the manner how Sandra, the owner of the "my computer store" works for the benefits of the customers, particularly her prompt, short but informative response. She is knowledgeable, listens tentatively to customer need. I wish that other businesses would follow her suit. Sandra, continue your good service and set an example to others

I have to admit I am possibly the least Tec savvy person around. My home computer was on it's way out. As usual I went to see Sandra at My Computer Store with my dilemma. Sandra asked some questions and said she would do some shopping around. She called me to come in and see what she had found and it seemed perfect. Sandra made a copy of the stuff on my old computer, loaded the new one, and had me in for some schooling. The whole process took a couple days and I am extremely happy with my new toy. Thank you Sandra you are the best and always so very helpful and your prices are more then reasonable.
