We had a good time. However this cottage lacks amenities for fun activities, most importantly WiFi! It's located steps from the beach yet there is no amenities for water activities. Even basic cleaning supplies or carpets to keep sand outside were not provided. A lot of flies came inside as there is only one door. Stove is small and the range hood doesn't work. BBQ grill is good but one burner not working. No tools for campfire! They still have the old CRT TV. Pots and pans are small and not suitable for large group. I'm hoping that by this review the owner make some upgrades for better experience of future guests.

Honestly terrible place. Extremely dirty, which is very disappointing given COVID restrictions. There was literally mold in the fridge, which makes it clear that I cant trust the cleaning fee Im being charged. I had to spend my own money buying cleaning supplies at the local Walmart, which Franca would not reimburse. Honestly, I am really disturbed by the lack of cleanliness in general, but especially during a pandemic. Mold on its own is not what I want to clean on vacation, but if there is mold in the fridge, I cant imagine the cleaning is thorough enough to sanitize between rentals and protect against covid. Also, we paid to have a rental with a barbecue, and there was no propane. I feel like that should have been advertised so I could have brought some. But also, if I have to bring my own propane, Im better off just bringing my portable grill. As well, I wouldnt have specifically chosen a place with a barbecue if I knew I had to bring my own propane. Again, I could have just brought a portable grill and gotten a place closer to the water. Lastly, the tv is very outdated and we could not use it for anything. We wanted to at least play some DVDs but we couldnt even do that.
