Certified Mortgage Broker

Had a complicated mortgage refinancing process of a multi-unit building with owners in different cities and provinces and even a new owner being added to the loan. I have dealt with these types of cases before and something has ALWAYS gone off, but not this time. We read a few reviews and decided to give certified mortgage broker a try. It the first time something like this was simple and easy from start to finish. Only regret is that I haven't used these guys before.

I worked with leon at for my first and, more recently, my second home purchase. Even long before the purchase, when I started emailing him with questions to help me prepare, he was always quick to respond with exactly what I needed to know. When I had confusion about pieces of the process, he was always quick to explain things clearly and thoroughly. I will absolutely work with Leon for my next home purchase.

I didn't know ANYTHING about mortgages, so I was expecting the whole process to be long and annoying. I went around trying some mortgage brokers but they worked slow, and I had no idea what was going on. Then I found Leon and decided to give him a shot. He was the first broker to sit me down and explain everything to me, he answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. We then both sat down and figured out my whole mortgage situation. I am absolutely going to use him for my next place, great experience.

Leon did another great job for us with an investment property. We have used Certified mortgage broker Bradford on multiple occasions and they have exceeded our expectations each time.

Its an absolute pleasure to work with these guys. They are VERY professional. Answer any questions you have, dont rush you and really make the extra effort to get you the best rate. Im honestly blown away by the customer service. Will absolute work with them next time.
