Edgewater Inn

I believe many of the reviews were referring to Edgewater Cottages, not the Inn (different addresses all together). The motel has been apartments for a number of years and they are well taken care of. The crack users are bad in the area, but that is not the owners fault.

Rented cottage #7 for a week but then was moved into cottage #4. After 3 days of quiet relaxed living, a rowdy guest moved in behind us in cottage #5. Loud and annoying after midnight, I complained to management with no avail. Stay away from this rental!

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK! There were bed bugs EVERYWHERE. My family and all the kids had to sleep in the car overnight because of how disgusting the "cottage" was. When I asked to speak to the owner or anyone with authority, the receptionist would repeatedly deny me and I could only relay my displeasure via email, and I think that is by design so they can avoid confrontation. Furthermore, we were not accommodated after showing them pictures of our kids sleeping in the car overnight, the pictures of the bedbugs, and even pictures of the BITE MARKS on our childrens' bodies. We were basically told sorry too bad and told us to go away. As we were leaving the "cottage" upon checkout, we saw them treating non-POC much better than my minority family. I hope this place goes out of business because it is absolutely disgusting how they treated my family.
