    Blu Wave is fantastic! Such helpful staff, I absolutely love my SUP I bought from them. Bought in 2019 and still looks new. It works great, handles the waves in georgian bay very well. You can tell the quality is very high. P. S. Buy a bag to protect your board, you won't regret it. These guys will make sure you find the right equipment. I will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Aaron!

    Tried to use a Status Card but wouldnt accept it. The young employee had great customer service and really tried his best considering the circumstances! but unfortunately the other employee did not. He sat by while the young one tried to figure it out for 5 min and once asked he said the system wasnt set up. I mentioned that theyre supposed to allow for tax exempt and there could be another way to take the 8% off as Ive seen other stores do before. He searched his phone for about 10 minutes and I felt he was expecting me to give up and say its fine. He eventually said to send it in afterwards, which I know stores shouldnt be doing. And he also mentioned that several other have come in trying to use status cards and that they the store should set that up. Youd think youd set it up after not being able to complete the transaction for the first customer let alone several. Props to the one employee for helping us find the PFDs we wanted, but I hope they get the Status Card feature that theyre required to have set up asap.
