Im a custom high end home builder in the collingwood area. Ive worked with a lot of different trades and these guys were great. My well pump died last night in a house of 6 people. Called this morning at 7 am and they were here by 10! Very professional and quality work. Im 110% satisfied with everything thing they did. Ben came out and saved the day! He was kind, friendly, professional, he told us everything we needed to know, and got my mothers old ( soon to be replaced ) water pump going again, and we were thrilled. Ben is a gem of a human being, and even took the time to call my brother and let him know everything as well, when I was struggling to take notes lol. Give this man a raise ! Highly recommend. Recently had some work done on my 35 year old dug well. The well cap and lid had deteriorated resulting in a hole and contamination. Jake assessed the situation and proposed a plan. A few days later two technicians arrived and installed the new cap & lid, drained the debris from the well and shocked it, sealed up the first couple of casing rings and then instructed me on how to flush the pipes over the next few days. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Can't say enough good things about this company. Huge relief knowing that my well is sealed up tight and water is safe. Thank you!!
