I took my 6 year old son for a haircut here. We had an appt and were running 5 minutes behind because well, he's a kid and was a few min late. Angie was so rude because we were 5 min late. At first she refused to do his haircut because they book in 15 minute increments, not sure who books cuts that tight back to back? So I finally convinced her after a few minutes she could have been cutting his hair to please cut his hair, he needed it done to go somewhere, so she did, not very willingly, but she wouldn't take anything off the top of his head, she said she had no time. So it was half a cut! She also hurt him with the razer because she was rushing. She also botched the side of his head; he had to sit back down to "sort" of fix it, and then she wanted to charge me full price... excuse me??!!! I paid $23 for a 5 min hack job. Her attitude even phoning to book the appt was rude, let alone all of that. My son asked when we left why was that hair cut lady so mean. My husband has gone there a few times and waited each time for them due to being behind 10/15 minutes, and we were accidentally 5 minutes late and she treated us that way?! Ridiculous. We won't be going there again and I'll be spreading the word to our busy community and area we live in. I know a fe2 people who go and won't return. It wasn't just the bad cut that we now have to fix, it was Angie's rude attitude as well. She was so unpleasant to deal with from the booking on the phone. There are lots of barber shops in town, I'm happy to take our business elsewhere to someone who will take the time and appreciate our business and be polite and kind. Not the first time I heard she was unpleasant either. I do not recommend this place if you want friendly and efficient people cutting your hair. And the gentleman who came in the last 2 minutes before I left, witnessed nothing because was there for just that, 2 minutes. If anything he must have seen her rude attitude towards us. I'd be appalled if I were her for treating customers that way, and all infront of a child! Disgusting behaviour by her. Service: Razor cut
