        1. They're super friendly BUT once you express your concerns/dissatisfaction, they're rude and cold. 2. Overpriced. You don't always get what you pay for. 3. They bad-mouth other hair salons in Waterdown and other clients. That should've been a red flag for me to continue with my appointment. 4. When they wash your hair, they do not cover your face so water gets all over your face and also in your ears.
