        UPDATE 5 star customer service Would like to say thanks to store manager James at Terra Greenhouses in Waterdown for responding to my review and coming to a resolution in a timely manner. Thanks again James. Very much appreciated. Disappointed in the over priced Christmas tree we bought at Terra last weekend. Even though we cut a piece off the end of the trunk and have been watering daily tons of needles just keep falling. Will buy from & support a local tree farm in future.
