        Guy at the front desk is extremely rude. I had an appointment booked for 11am and was running a little late and walked in at 11:01am. I booked the lay down bed but since I was ONE MINUTE late he gave the bed to someone else and proceeded to say that I should have came at least 10-15 minutes early like every other customer. Ive never had this problem before and was only running late because of issues with parking. The guy at the front desk proceeded to say that theres a strict policy on their website and that I should have known about it. I waited a couple days, expecting a call with an apology, because thats what any good person/owner would do but I never got a call. I booked a package that comes with three tanning sessions and after that encounter I will certainly never be coming back, even for my last session.
