The customer service is excellent here and the staff were very kind. They helped us select our orders. We got Chicken Wings (bang bang sauce) and spring rolls. Both were delicious. We got Regular Pad Thai and Regular Teriyaki. The pad Thai was sub par. It wasn't like any other pad Thai I've eaten in my life. It was lacking in peanut flavor and was extremely sour for some reason. The chicken teriyaki was good and the teriyaki sauce complemented the chicken. The ventilation inside the restaurant should be improved since it felt a little claustrophobic.

An amazing place with really nice service and great food. I ordered pad Thai based on the owners suggestion and it was delicious. They know their food well and can suggest various options based on your taste. The ambiance and the vibe of the Wok Box and Chubbs are great and the selection of music by the owner was also quite upbeat too. A must-go place if you want to eat Asian food with multiple tasty options. At least I will have this place on my speed dial whenever I visit Kitchener.
