How does one decide who will lead them? This is a tough and vulnerable process to choose who we let into our lives and and it is a leap of faith in hopes that they can help guide our paths. I can't say enough good things about Raechel Pefanis and Melissa Pyne. As the owner of Transformation Counselling, I recognize the excellence and commitment that characterizes these women's passionate dedication to helping members of our community to learn and grow. Both Raechel and Melissa are extremely clinically skilled, and though part of my own job is to manage others, their knowledge of team building and management leaves me feeling humble indeed. More than even their high level of skill and their passion, though, I respect these Raechel and Melissa's dedication to authenticity.
