I found working with Pat Parisi to be an excellent experience. The process allowed me to understand and express my strengths and improved my confidence tremendously. Out of a period of uncertainty I was able to get into a new role and continue to progress my career. The investment was definitely worth it.

I came to Careers by Design as I was new to the area and exploring different career options. Pat Parisi, as my coach, gave excellent guidance and support. I found her warm and personable. Pat's listening skills and encouragement gave me the confidence to explore other career options and to eventually apply for a new job. Careers by design was a great organization to work with while I considered a new career direction. Pat in particular was very helpful in many ways. Specifically guiding me in exercises that pinpointed what was important to me in a job as well as what kind of organizations fit that description. Kudos!
