Selam is the absolute greatest coach there is. She is passionate about everything she works on and I am proud to look up to the work she does.

I am a 57 year old White woman that is 1/2 finished Selams online anti-racism course. I have loved every minute of it. Im appalled by the level of risk she has to take just to be an anti-racism activist and teacher (ie online harassment from white folks claiming reverse racism). One time I decided to respond to the cruelty and false accusations from White people re: a yoga class she taught specifically for Black students and faculty. Their vitriol and mob like harassment was turned on me for about 4-days. It was stressful and threatening and what they did and said to me was a drop in the bucket compared to their hatred of Selam for teaching anti/racism and providing safe comfortable places for Black folks. Please disregard any negative comments about Selam. Please take her free course and see for yourself that any criticism Re: reverse racism is likely rooted in some form of unwillingness to hear and try to understand the realities of systemic racism. I guarantee that Selams kindness and compassion will shine thru even the most difficult material presented. If youre open to it - the full course (worth every Penny) will open your eyes and your heart and may even spark or fuel your desire to join the movement to address systemic racism.
