        The program is a great program. But working with the team and specially senior management within the team can be a nightmare. Their job descriptions are very deceiving when hiring their team. They overwork you to the point that it affects your sleeping not only because of the machine-like environment to work but also the negativity that you feel within the team. absolute horrible! and Parents do not send your kids to this program. There are many other amazing universities across north america that have their own summer leadership programs.
