David Morneau is a superb family law practitioner. In my situation, he exemplified what I was looking for in a lawyer: excellent listening skills, compassion (not superficial, but authentic), and the ability to synthesize an approach which led to helpful solutions. Where to begin... From the very first moment I met with Dave I knew I made the right choice. His calming presence in a time of personal upheaval can't be stated enough. The active listening and understanding of my situation, along with the tailored solution told me they really care about my intentions and desires were, and worked with me to achieve them. David Morneau has become both my legal go-to and a wonderful resource for the organization I work for, helping Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence. His understanding of the intricacies of family court, the system and the effect it can have on a person is invaluable. David is incredibly well informed, thoughtful and creative in his approach. His goal is to minimize any trauma to the family involved and he is the first person I go to when an issue arises both in my personal or professional life. David Morneau truly cares about his clients and their families. Ive worked with many lawyers and have yet to find someone as dedicated, capable and well respected as David Morneau.
