I was looking for a Naturopath who could help me with my health issues. I was recommended to visit Dr. Viviana Palacios. When I did, I found a very caring professional who was concern not only for my physical issues but also my mental ones. Since the first visit she listened to all my concerns and by the end of the session she already had a plan to start my treatment. Dr. Viviana Palacios is very professional, detail oriented, caring and listens to you with full attention. My experience in Ontario is that you dont get to hear back from your doctors unless there is a red flag. If you are not feeling well but your results are within the limits of acceptability, even when you are just barely inside the limits, you wont get to find out the reasons why you are not feeling yourself. You dont get to see your results, you dont get the opportunity to ask many questions. But Dr. Palacios will give you all the information you need to understand all your results, she will answer all your questions, she will discuss your treatments with you. I live in Toronto but I dont mind to drive to her office in Waterloo to see her. She can accommodate video calls for the follow-ups when necessary. Also, she can work directly with my insurance saving me the paperwork.
