Ultra will threaten to demote you or terminate if you deny overtime and management Is horrible. They also won't fix any unsafe problems till someone gets hurt. They health and safety team makes rules but it doesn't help because they don't even know how to, or understand the other jobs

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company They purposely create a very toxic environment in order to hire new workers for less money. If you like to kiss hands to your cell leaders you may have a better life in the company,if not and you are part of another ethnic group then your life will be worst than in a hell. I was harassed,humiliate to the ground by my cell leaders and their close friends. My car was scratched,I was threatened with fist by my co worker,I was followed by them everywhere I went,even in the washroom. When I started to have suicidal thought I quit.

Worst experience ever. Worked there for almost 2 years. Never work there the management is terrible, the job is very stressful and the only good thing about the job is the money. The culture is horrible.
