Came after me and my partner 6 years after we left threw a collection agency claiming we were owing rent when we sent the bank statements proving otherwise there story changed and they charged us for new flooring and our last month's rent still or else we would of had to drag them threw court and destroy our credit rating....these people are scammers

Same experience as a couple other reviewers. They sent a collection agency after me years after I moved out of one of their dark, damp and disappointing student living basements with no actual proof of what I supposedly owed them and no explanation of what the alleged amounts were even for. They never answered the phone and were never in the office. Avoid them, and if you have no choice but to rent from them, keep records of all of your payments and agreements and dont pay in cash or they could really screw you over.

Don't rent here unless you want to hate your life for the entire lease term. It is cheap for a reason, don't fall for it.
