Worst customer service. lady there on Saturday 5th September is terrible

My mother went to this store today (Sept. 17, ~2:30). A very mean lady persistently made rude remarks at my mother while she was trying products. Horrible service.

I will give a half Naturalizer has been a favourite in our house hold. Today (5thsept at 1300hrs)went to the store and unfortunate to encounter an extremely unprofessional (she claimed to have a 7 yrs experience in customer service in which I think she has learned nothing) She was rude and her actions were descriminatory and rascist. A worthless spent on a worthy item. Owner or the franchise to kindly look into it.else sure to lose customers. She gave her name "Joanne"". Bad experience all together. It was our second experience with the sales lady on a Saturday ( considering the covid crisis and human limitations ignored her action at that time).

Drove from Cambridge, got to store @ 5:45 and store was already closed. Supposed to be open until 6. I guess they don't need the sale and I guess I won't be coming back.
