        Pretty good so far, no problems at all. Honestly, I think the amenities should be open but I guess with covid it's a lot more restricitive. The gym keeps breaking tho, maybe fix that soon? Staff explained it that people keep putting grease down the drain, and that causes leaks in the gym. I hope this gets addressed soon.

        Its just ridiculous how you got locked out of the room because the door battery went dead and theres no one to call since off hours and then when you called again on Monday DURING office hours, again nobody picked up the phone. What is annoying is that when they do checkups each term, they dont check battery??! Like you are basically on your own even though you already paid premium for a room in Waterloo
