Called this shop last week pleading with them to help me change my tire as I was in White River with a flat (even the borrowed tools would help) they said NO it would be a insurance liability. They told me to go to Sault Ste. Marie its ok though, I got help from a near truck stop.

Bought a new Beta motorcycle and a bunch of parts for my Polaris. Gord and the staff go above and beyond. They all treat me very good and are very helpful, even just for giving advice. Any time I need parts they get them right away and when they can't, like a recent Polaris part that was on backorder, Cindy called dealers all over Ontario until she found the part for me and had it mailed to me.

Big shout out to Jones Power Sports and especially Devon Hall for her help on purchasing my new sled. Devon went over and above and even came in on her day off so I could pick up my new ride. I have been dealing with Devon since March for snow check and she has been there for every question since then. So a big thank you Devon and jones for there excellent service while dealing with my new purchase. Highly recommend jones power sports
