        Banking takes forever at this branch... thinking of moving business elsewhere. Not sure why they have an "express" business lane when they let everyone use it... usually it takes longer than the other tellers.

        Peichen (Olivia) Yang is amazing! she is so friendly and gets the job done, she listens very well to my requests and is eager to ensure a great job, her and the front desk staff are really turning that place around, from the fonthill branch to the new welland branch its a Night and day difference! This young crew they have in there is nice, and they know what it takes to keep a happy customer! I had reservations of dealing with TD after a bad experience in the past but it seems like everything is a go here at this Branch - Great turn around. keep up the great job, the smiles and friendly customer service.
