Horrible layout for the handicapped customers.The ramp is in the rear of the building. The concrete sidewalk is 3/4 higher than the parking lot pavement. My wife has fallen out of her wheelchair and electric scooter twice now in a 6 month period. When you push the front door button for handicap access, the door swings into you. You must travel past the door and turn around on a narrow sidewalk to enter the front door from the other side. Makes no sense what so ever. The bank manager and head teller were notified by myself about the fall and I was told that First Ontario only leases the building, and when I asked who owned it, they replied I don,t know. Is this the way you treat your handicapped customers. When will something get done to resolve this very dangerous condition? The ramp should be located on the left side of the building where a proper graded ramp can be graded to the parking lot and the access button would open the front door in the proper direction.

For being so ahead of the game with the virtual teller feature at there kiosk the rest of their technology seem prehistoric. Neither their app nor website are very user friendly. The mere fact that e-transfers are not instantaneous is one example. Never arrive at someone's house tho purchase something and etransfer them for payment, its a 30mins transaction time always. That feature alone is extremely frustrating. Isn't that the point of etransfers in the first place? Holds on cheques no matter if it comes from a lawyer after closing a mortgage or not...all in the name of security? Seriously though. When I joined FO I got their MasterCard then they got out of that deal...now they want me to get a Visa...so you van cancel that too. No thanks. The branch is nice and friendly for what I actually use it for.
