Ken was great to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about getting proper coverage for your home. He answered all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend. It is unfortunately that I could not be a customer due to a technicality.

Ive never been happy about an insurance company, until now. Top notch service. Never seen anything like it. No fault claim on a totalled car completed in two weeks. No arguments. No shenanigans. Had a rental lined up for us within two hours of reporting the claim. Had a cheque a week after agreeing on a fair market value. Actually communicated proactively. Never had to chase them once. And the Agent worked until ten at night to setup the new car insurance for the next day. Every other insurance company should take lessons from these people. Jaw dropping customer service.

Recently I chose to look else where for complete coverage for home and auto and Bertie Clinton was the best by far in price, and customer service. Peter Wilding was a great help in getting us a fair and quick quote, then again with having all the info we needed to make our decision. Thanks a bunch!
