        They claimed that they would fix our wall leaking (possibly foundation) issue a year ago, they temp fixed it, and with countless emails to them, to come finish the job with no response, I now have mushrooms that grow from my wall over night and they wont send a guy out until its not winter. This would be okay if they didn't say the exact same thing last year. I have given them more than enough time to get their business together and they have just shown they do not care about their tenants and only about the money in their pockets.

        I rented through this company for many years and recently began renting through them again. The service has always been efficient, prompt, and friendly. The owner Chris is nothing short of a pleasure to interact with and this sentiment echos through his entire staff. Sad to see Lauri leaving. If looking for a place to rent I would highly reccomend
