This place used to be great but they were brutal last time I was there, we got royally screwed. They never submitted tuition receipts even though they stated they did. Told my wife, who is disabled, that she "didn't present as disabled" and possibly filled out her income tax incorrectly. Was reassessed because of my wife disability and it clearly states Liberty Tax was notified and to request further documentation. Never received any phone call, text, email, letter, messenger pigeon about this reassessment or how the CRA needed further information from Liberty Tax. Now have to pay $1300. It's great to have to chose now between buying groceries and something that could have been resolved quickly with the help of Liberty Tax.
