I went there with hopes they would provide a quality product and quality service for which i did not receive either. I originally was recommended Oticon but after many issues they suggested Phonak for which I changed my hearing aids to them with bluetooth built in. First problem was if phone was in back pocket it created "body sheilding" and people on other end could not understand me which defeats the purpose of this function. So don't waste your money on this feature as you will be very disappointed. Second more serious problem, as much as I complained about the quality of hearing with these aids the less they wanted to do about it. I found the sound quality very monotone so hard to understand people but never corrected by Hearing Excellence. They bragged about remote adjustments but as much as I complained they never ever offered to make remote adjustments so dont fall for that if you go there. Then after waiting weeks for them to change my hearing aid to one with bluetooth neck loop I was never contacted for that option so I asked to terminate our relationship so I could find a hearing aid company that wants to help their customers. They then waited until I returned my hearing aids to then tell me they are charging me $300 as a fee for the bad experience. I recommend you choose a different provider as I am sure you will be dissatisfied with this company and their very poor customer service for which you will be stuck with for the life of the warranty (3years). I have had to go back to my 4 year old hearing aid and the sound quality is far superior then any sound quality from the hearing aids that were provided by Hearing Excellence which clearly indicates they cannot tune the hearing aids as they are supposed to be heard.
