        Without a doubt the best cheesecake I've ever had! Anyone else I know that has had it, has also shared the same sentiment. Carole has always been very flexible with the flavours I ask for, and always exceeded expectations in terms of flavour and presentation -- highly recommend! :)

        The mini cheesecakes are amazing, my order was taken & the extra candy cane cheesecakes I ordered were also amazing. The only thing I would change is even in the fridge they seem to make the paper liner to wet and it peels off in pieces and makes it messy to eat the last few bites. But other then that they are delicious & also the presentation of them is amazing.
