Just got back home from this branch which was a complete waste of my time. They had one girl working at the counter, one on the other side for business needs, and one lady closer to the back, seemed to be a manager. The one at the counter obviously didn't know how to do her job because after some time of helping the same customer she eventually resorted to getting the manager to help. The two of them were then helping the same counter as that's the only counter open for the majority of us waiting. When the customer left we moved up... finally. After the manager finished there, she was called to the other counter to help the lady with business inquiries as the customer there was being difficult. The one girl at the main counter started helping the next customer to which she then got up right after and went back to where the manager was and started waiting for her to finish to be able to assist her again. Understaffed and undertrained. People don't have days off or time to stand around and wait that long due to incompetency. One counter open? Really? I've been thinking about switching financial institutions as of recently... I have been with TD for 10 years and recently reflected on how they've basically done nothing to me and wanted to field other options. This pretty much just solidified my decision and I will definitely be switching soon.

Was moving a large amount of business over to TD and had booked an appointment. Didn't get the service I needed. Incorrect banking set ups. No follow ups. Incorrect transfer set ups. No responses to calls or Voice mails. Minimal follow ups via e-mail with confusing comments on additional documents to sign 3/20/23 - adding additional comments and moved my rating up from 1 star to 4 stars. Met with Wassim and was an amazing advisor. Fixed all my issues, gave me great advice and helped me in smarter investment decision making. I will move all my banking to TD because of him.
