SMR CPA

Kelly was amazing. I miss her. Ever since she sold the business, the firm does not operate the same. Poor customer service, poor advice. Last time Im working with them. I used them for my corporate taxes and refuse to use them for my personal taxes for a reason. Very disappointing.

Shazad, Hasan, Farag, Rachel and the whole SMR team are absolutely excellent and I have confidently and happily referred them to colleagues and business contacts. One of the things I appreciate the most is that while accounting is not my area of expertise, they do not patronize, but instead explain and answer questions in laymans terms such that at the end of each meeting I leave feeling that I can focus on my skillset 100% because they have my back. Excellent and efficient with the day to day bookkeeping, they've made the year end and tax season a seamless stress free experience. Always available to answer my questions, to offer guidance, keeping us on track, and to make sure our business is ready for the next step, be that scaling up or succession planning, SMR has exceeded all our expectations. If I could give ten stars, I would. Hasan and his team are amazing. They are very professional, knowledgeable, relatable and very understanding of our business and personal needs. Emails and any questions we have are answered quickly. Our Year End was completed literally in days as they continuously keep everything up to date. Outstanding service and we highly recommend.

After being very disappointed with my previous accounting firm for my business, I made the switch and started working with SMR CPA but specifically, Hasan and his team. From the very beginning, the relationship was completely different and significantly better! I felt like I was being heard, given accurate and concise information, told things I may not want to hear but needed to hear and am guided appropriately along the way. Everyone is incredibly responsive and friendly which was not the case elsewhere. I definitely had trust issues coming in after the experience of my previous firm and over the past year, Hasan and his team have helped me resolve those trust issues haha I am getting tremendously better service for the same price as my previous accounting firm and couldn't be happier about the switch! Hasan, Rachel, Shirali and the team are all the best!
