I recently ordered the Ironmaster 45lb adjustable dumbbell set from Northern Fitness. My product was delivered on time; however, I only received the handles without the weights. I reached out to customer service and advised the same. Ashley Huab responded promptly advising she would look into this matter for me. Two boxes of weights we're shipped out a few days later to me. I received my full order and I'm very happy. Ashley was a great help and I can't thank her enough.

Fast shipping, great prices and incredible customer service. My GHD arrived missing a piece. Not only did I have a replacement within the week, they checked back in to make sure it was what I expected and to ensure I was satisfied.
