This is by far the best gym I've ever been a member of. The coaches are incredibly skilled, and the workouts cover things I never imagined that I would do. They focus on proper form and movements to avoid injury and modify the programs to fit your skill level and individual needs. In addition, the community of members is next to none. Everyone is supportive and welcoming. The best fitness club in Durham.

As mentioned numerous times already, the Den's secret sauce is a combination of coaching and community. The coaches are super knowledgeable, caring, and go out of their way to help customize or scale your workouts as needed. And the community is full of amazing, inspirational people at all levels of fitness. It is a great place to get your fitness on.

A fantastic local gym. Excellent programming and coaching. A much better training environment than local globo gyms or local CrossFit affiliates.
