The front desk woman, is wonderful. Cheerful and good conversation. The atmosphere and rooms and cleanliness are also great. However my massage was mediocre at best. I didnt have the heart to tell the guy in the moment so I just said thanks and left. But honestly, I feel like I wasted my money. I went in with complaints of severe neck pain and lower back pain, and its like he just didnt listen at all. He mostly focused on my mid back. My neck was ever so slightly rubbed for 5 minutes. And he focused on one side only, and right when our hour was up he just stopped, didnt matter that he didnt get the other side. My lower back wasnt even touched at all. He mostly just did pressure points in my shoulder blades. I was hoping to pamper myself since I work so much and I just feel like I wasted my time and money. I wont be returning.

Went in explained my pain signed a waiver asked for more pressure and I walked out not even feeling like I had a massage. This is not the experience I had hoped for. It's very hard for me to get out and book massages so, all in all I will not be coming back. I would say that the therapist was really nice and same with front desk, but for $100 I feel like I just threw it away.
