        I wont go anywhere else for blood work after finding this lab. The staff are friendly, gentle and professional and I love that I can check the estimated wait time on the app before I go. I don't like needles or having blood work done but the staff at the Whitby location have made it such a pleasant experience for me. Will definitely use them for future testing needs and continue to recommend to my friends and family.

        Karen Kathleen and Sunil provided a positive patient experience! We actually had difficulties with finding the Requisition Form (I misplaced it) the receptionist went out of her way multiple times to find it for us. Absolutely recommend this location very clean and everyone is very professional and caring. **********
