Do not use Pegasus. Wait 2 months for my furniture. Nick took the $200 deposit and I could not reach after that. They never could give me a clear update of where was my furniture. The driver broke the foot of my dresser in front of me and they denied my claim. Another dresser was damage too, claim denied. They did nothing to make it right. Please stay away from this company. Grace tried to help, but did not have much support. They were only fast at collecting the fee.

BEWARE! RUN from this company. Grace, Janet, and Nick we were in contact with at Pegasus, all very unprofessional and the customer service was a nightmare. We contacted this company in December to move us from Vancouver, BC to Ontario and were quoted 7-10 days for delivery. After 10 days had passed and no furniture, we called multiple times after not receiving an update on where our stuff was. We were given the run around to contact different people and even a third party moving company, advising they had NO idea where our stuff was or when we could expect it. It was finally delivered after 5 weeks. We were left (8 months pregnant) sleeping in an empty house when we could have planned differently if we were told an appropriate time for delivery or even an update. Our belongings arrived VERY damaged, our mattress which was wrapped up in plastic, had dirt stains all over it, multiple broken wood furniture items, 4 boxes missing and 3 rugs rolled up missing. We then filed a claim and were told to contact them in 8 weeks for processing. Today we followed up once again and were told that they will not be reimbursing us for ANYTHING, including our missing belongings and the irreparable damage to our property. Horrible experience that I do not wish upon anyone. Run for the hills!
