Thomas was absolutely amazing on the buy side for the home I bought and the sell side for the home I sold. He pulled the required agreements together in record time, walked me through the entire process very patiently and pulled off both the buy and sell closings in less than one month from the initial viewing of my new home. I couldnt believe how attentive Thomas was to my needs and patient with me throughout this stressful process. Even the previous owner of the house I purchased commented that my agent, Thomas, was really on the ball to pull this off in such a short time frame, beating out two other potential buyers whose agents were not so attentive to their clients needs. Thomas has been an absolute delight from the moment we started working with him, and my husband and I are now privileged to call him a friend. When the market was raising in 2021 and we werent ready to buy a home, Thomas helped us find a rental that checked all of the boxes.
