        Being overzealous in cleaning a borrowed Omega machine I ended up taking apart the bobbin casing and unable to put it back together. In a panic I called Peter who calmed me down and walked me through fixing it over the phone. Such kindness and no charge! Now with some new oil, this machine is happier than ever and I am ecstatic. I won't hesitate to recommend Peter to my sewing group and anyone looking for service.
