Just utterly blown away by the above and beyond customer service. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Victoria and Ken at the UPS Store in Brooklin. My wife had forgotten a very important medication while she was away on business. Victoria walked me through the complicated process of shipping drugs across an international border, while keeping her store open an extra 30 minutes to make sure the medication was received. Frankly, I was blown away by the willingness to help. My wife has dealt with some extremely serious life-threatening issues over the last three years and its extremely difficult not feel emotional at kindness and compassion of someone who has never met her, but was still willing to go the distance for her. Again, thank you so much. Needless to say, if you looking for a full service experience, with unbelievably kind and decent people, your search should begin and end, here.
