        Great instructor, she takes personal attention to your posture to help improve your performance. I like that she's offered online classes too since the pandemic started which makes it easier to fit my schedule.

        Mary's classes are fantastic! Her expertise and personality combine to provide you with a fantastic physical experience that is topped by her warm and welcoming personality. She makes it seem easy with her excellent instruction. She is able to personally guide each client so you know you are doing things correctly. It is very personalized and she is able to provide modifications if you have any injuries that you need to work around. Loved the studio environment she had set up. A great space to do yoga!! Take Mary's classes. You will be happy you did!
