TERRIBLE CX SERVICE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I called and reached a lady on the phone. She was at first short and unprofessional. I was trying to find a supplier for some herbicides for my future lawn care business, and had some questions I was looking to get answered. She asked if I had a license to use the products. After having told her I didn't yet have one, she essentially laughed me off the phone and refused to answer any questions. I was pretty shocked so I called back again hoping to talk to a sales representative instead of this secretary who obviously didn't want to talk to a potential customer. I ended up reaching her again, and asked to speak to someone else since she obviously wasn't going to help me. Again she basically laughed me off the phone and told me that all the sales reps are busy spraying and that I couldn't talk to them. She condescendingly told me "Hun, this is the busiest time of the year" and that she basically couldn't spare 5 minutes to speak with a potential customer. I will never do business with this joke of a company that has no respect for potential customers. I guess business is good if they can actively and rudely turn down potential customers. Either way, I'll make sure to warn anyone who needs supplies to avoid this trashy company.
