This company misleads and does not disclose pertinent information to making informed decisions about sensitive issues. When dealing with insurance. Peace of mind is important. I have not had any dealing with this branch. Poor customer service. Worse complaint resolution. Save yourself time, frustration and money. Shop elsewhere for your insurance services. As per the response from the Owner of this branch. I have emailed the client relations team. I will update this post with the response once it's received. E ***Update: I emailed Client Relations as advised. They responded saying that I will be contacted once the matter is resolved. No service level agreement was given. They failed to respond with any follow-up whatsoever. I am not surprised based on the poor service, lack of transparency, and failure of full disclosure that I have dealt with in my experience with the Cooperatos. From what I hear. I made the wrong choice in choosing them for peace of mind, and insurance services in the first place. I agree with this general consensus while heartedly.
