I filed my first tax with Pioneer accountants as a cross border worker and had numerous questions. Mr. Karan answered them with patience and explained how it works. Im impressed with his professionalism and his attention to small details. They have a great team and easy to reach to, they have been answering my questions through out the year promptly.

I just did my late filing of taxes with Karan. He was amazing, I had taxes that had to be filed for Canada, USA, as well as 2 states and a city tax... When I went into the consultation I had anxiety through the roof and he took the time and explained everything to me and how the tax treaty worked.. I picked up the taxes to be pleasantly surprised from a refund from every single return.. Again he went through everything showing me what he did and explained what I had to mail and what was electronically filed. I will definitely be using his service next year... If I could give him a 6 out of 5 I would...
