This company is 100% a joke. Do not buy products unless youre looking for disappointment. Lack of response to problems on their end. Ordered one diffuser, didnt work, requested refund and instead they immediately shipped out a replacement product. Second diffuser arrived and was also faulty. Sent both back, received confirmation of delivery, and have yet to see a refund to my account. This was 30+ days ago. Saje customer support has not responded to my communication since. Will continue waiting to hear from you, Saje, and watching my credit card statement.

The products are great, but I'll stick to ordering online. Their customer service is awful. You're totally ignored even if there aren't other customers, and/or as other reviewers have noted, you're harassed. I can't imagine their store lasting much longer when people walk out without buying things.

The store itself is very nice and I do really like the products. A little overpriced but you get what you pay for, plus it is a decently big brand name. However, I wont be shopping in store again. The employees seem impatient and passive aggressive. They talked down to my mother and cut me off when I tried to explain I knew what I came in for. They also chatted with each other and whispered and giggled behind the front desk while my mother and I shopped. When I was ready to check out, no one else was in store and there were 3 employees talking but it took them a few minutes before they finally came to cash us out. I wont be back.
