Rose City Ford Parts

If I called this place unprofessional it would be a compliment. Absolutely horrible experience. They refuse to admit their own mistakes, then double down on lies to cover them up and refuse to pay for it. Body shop manager is incredibly rude and untrustworthy. Only after I called the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint did I finally start getting somewhere with them.

The WORST dealership/service shop I have ever been to. Ive came here multiple times hoping they would treat a loyal customer right and Ive never once left service happy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Never waste your money on extended warranty, they will do and say everything they possibly can to avoid having it covered and make you pay for it. Ive brought my car here for service that is covered under warranty. They acknowledged the issue and agreed but did not do any work to fix it because it wasnt leaking bad enough and then charged me a $170 diagnostic fee to tell me the issue that I already knew! They are a complete rip off, very inconsiderate and I highly recommend never going there again. Save yourself the trouble and go to Kenn Knapp Ford. I will never be returning to this money grabbing scamming dealership. Ive honestly never been more disappointed by a shop in my entire life. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. In fact, Id pay you to not go there.

i went to rose city ford my car alarm kept going off the person who helped me was Rob Primeau he was more than courteous super professional ! I really appreciated all the help and insight on my car. If i were the owner of ford i would want millions of rob primeaus working for me. Fast efficient courteous super great person ! I highly recommend rose city ford to everyone !
