    I had just about the worst customer experience in my life at this location (and only this location). Upon greeting to return a product, Phil (the general manager) refused the return stating verbatim you people cant just return products without the packaging!. I asked him to clarify what he meant by you people. He stated by people he means customers. So he either has a deep-rooted hatred for customersor people of color. Not sure. I do know many mechanics in this area happen to share my complexion. And its hard to believe he would use this verbiage to a white man with the same transaction. You people. It just doesnt roll off the tongue when its a white man. In any case, another worker there was parroting his words then proceeded to tell me to be quiet multiple times as I was stating my side of the story that these parts were not for my car in the first place. Had they given me the right parts I wouldnt be returning them. She then stated I just changed my mind. Implying that Im lying. When I asked for her first name multiple times she refused to give it to me. Phil had to step in and state her name is Anita which may not even be her name. Neither were wearing a name badge, and neither should be customer facing. They both demonstrated poor customer service and only knew how to make a simple transaction complicated, confrontational, offensive, and racist. They even took a picture of my license plate. When I asked why, Phil stated in case I cause problems, when asked to clarify, he would not. I told him that sounded like a threat. He smirked and walked away. Anita is one thing. But this type of experience from the freakin general manager, it reflects poorly on this location and whoever hired the guy. And if I didnt know better, it would reflect poorly on the entire company. They were so unprofessional, they refused to comply with corporate requesting information over the phone. But thats okay because this issue will be brought up to the district manager, BBB, and if Im not satisfied this will be taken to the VP, the press, and I will speak with a lawyer in Windsor to pursue this civilly. No way will I let racists get away with this.
