Very nice people, we had a long road together because of back ordered parts but I was never left in the dark! Always had kind updates from CJ and the two ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and caring. Everything worked out in the end and im very happy to have my car back, it looks like my accident never happened

Formula First Collision, Inc. repaired our car after a major front end damage accident. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, prompt to reply, courteous and friendly. The facility is like no other body repair shop we have ever seen. It is spotless and looks like a new car showroom. The cars being repaired are thoroughly protected. They insist on using all original market products. Our car has pearl paint and the repaired area looks like the rest of the car. There was a time of waiting for parts and CJ was very good about keeping us up to date. Kristin and Kelly in the office replied very promptly with answers to our questions.
